Depends how healthy your std Turbo is.
Not really that much better than a good std Turbo.
No, it wont do 390 bhp !!
For 390 bhp, you'll be looking at something like a T34 / GT30 ...

Your gonna need a manifold that will accept a T3 fitment turbo, new oil feed / drain and a new downpipe, new intake hose and new turbo to intercooler hose ... and a new turbo !!
