Roughly how much power??++

right then I`ve got a 1600 GSi 1991ish wi Kent fast road cam, K&N 57i, scorpion system and ive had me head skimmed down as far as possible. wot sort of power d`ya think she`ll be mekkin. and with that head skimmed right down d`ya think it`ll be eatin gaskets? All views appreciated... cheers

the car should be around 100 BHP as standard, the cam should maybe give you 6-8 BHP gain, the exhaust 4-7 BHP gain, the K&N about 2BHP gain. The head work will probably help you out a bit as well so you should be ok for about 120BHP or something around that if it is all set up properly.

A friend of mine has a GSi with about 60k miles on the engine, this has a Gas flowed head, Kent cam, Induction kit with a full stainless but when it went for a power run on the rolling road only made 92 BHP. (he wasnt very pleased)
