Im gonna be moving the nova battery soon but not sure where to - could do with some advice from those that have done it.

Either behind the passenger seat or to the spare wheel well - are there any + or - to either of those places?

A battery box - needed? either of these look ok?

Cabling - Im assuming that a fuse on the +tive in the scuttle and then running the additional cable to the battery is all thats needed? also any good places to get battery cable from?

R1CH has some decent pics of this.

For weight distribution in a stripped Nova, the best place would be the passenger side boot corner, although behind the passenger seat is ok.

A secure battery box or minimum a tray which secures the battery in place is a must. The last thing you want in a crash is the battery dislodging and travelling towards you/a passnger at a fair old rate!

Wiring is mainly just a case of extending original wires to suit and an earth.

Google shops for electrical supplies.

local truck spares place, they use rolls of the stuff, failing that, a tractor dealer.
