How are you throwing the background out of focus(small field of depth), using a wide aperture/low f number, or manually focusing???
Tried a few shots like that on my cam, but just cant get the hang of it.

Yup, very small DOF, manual focussing aswell.

That was shot at 300mm @ f/2.8, 1/800sec

What in Gods name is going on with that 406! Thats absolutely shocking!

Some nice cars there, a lot of nastiness as well. Same as PVS I guess though! I do like how the jap drifters gatecrashed it :D

The arch clearances on that Goldie 206 on Schmidt rims is comical.

I know of ClioSport, thats about it though.

I personally LOVED the arch flair on the orange car, obviously on airbags and very low, but I think it looks great! lol

I'm glad you posted the detail about the airbags. Anyone naive enough to roll around in a car that low deserves bad luck, pushing the boundaries or not......

Thank god I'm not the only one lol

Not too impressed with FCS this year, too much chav not enough track - although there was a heard of throttle bodied 205/309 MI16'/GTI6's that saved the day. Best car of the show imo was the white dimma kitted 106 with full cossie 4x4 conversion. Think it left before Olz arrived so no pics :(.

Don't think I'll be going next year......unless mine is ready (sniggers heard from trackdaynova's direction) :p

Which is yours Liquidpug? Erm.....my Pug is currently sat in the garage waiting the 'Olz' special treatment. I blame him for giving me the bug while helping out on the Nova - so it's only right I trounce him on track :D.

Currently a 1.6 but I'll run that till it either lets go (113K miles :eek:) or I can afford either a MI16, GTI6 or something a bit newer - GTI 180. Needs something big to compete with a Redtop!

Wish I had Olz commitment to getting the job done - I just need the occasional kick in the ass :thumb:

lol saves money on a bottle warmer but its not what I would class as a good idea as if it just get to hot it will explode (unless its a WON one as they have a safety valve, but still will empty the whole bottle.)
