Its the later spec sr/gte bumper with the lines smoothed out.
So, what sort of filler do you use? is there some commercially available stuff, cos I reckon normal filler is too brittle & would jump out in days.

yup just a lightly modified hutchinsons, mk2 rear bumper, modified gte/sr front bumper gte skirts cut to fit around the rub strips and sr seats fitted, note the doorcards dont match, also missing the ignition cowl

normal filler is fine on bumpers as long as its got a good key, so is the fibreglass stuff. however you can buy special plastic filler made by plastic padding:thumb:

It seems a pity that some of the bits on that car are really good, but the basics are so wrong.
If you look closely its just camera angles/poor camera, the lines aint been smoothed out you can still see them, its probably just got a mahoosive layer of paint on the bumpers making the lines less visible!
Mexico Red :D
And LOL @
Needs some light work around rust points on passanger door etc.
Understatement of the century
There is a nice bit of door on that rust lol.

LOL. Thats one way of putting it.
I think hutchinson's look gash. The roof is probably as water tight as a fishing net.

they look like they were designed by a commitee. but they aren't as bad as the corsa conv.
actually roofs are really good for a cheap cab, theres 2 in hull, no's 104 and 67. only 112 of them built and alot less on road. dont have much scuttle shake as there is a roll over bar thingy between b posts
Yes, it is a cabrio as opposed to a convertible, but it just looks so kit car!

Some buy it and give it the TLC transformation it deserves!:thumb:
