The other day I started her up to see if anything had changed. There was a lot of hissing at times it seemed to be coming from the carb. For the past few months before I had this problem there was a little bit of whistling coming from the engine when on throttle and it sounds like its got to the point where its leaking more.
There looks to be a fluid like leak and I get a brown stain around the base of the carb, could be fuel and muck.
Would this hissing mean an air leak? And would this be a possible cause for bad running?
