It doesnt 'enforce' anything, it just flashes the speed limit onto the dash in case you missed it. Good idea if you ask me :)

yep as sometimes you are coming up to a speed camera and havent seen any signs for fecking ages and arent toooo sure what the speed limit is.

I know, my point was, that if there was a button on the dash, that made the car limit its speed to the one shown on the dash by that system, it would be much better :).
