lowering

i have just got a nova 1.4 sr. it has 185/55/15 on it and i want 2 no how much can i lower it without doing n e thing elsa like rolling archs. also wot is the bhp on a 1.4sr with an s/s peco exshaust on.

If you are going for the Kit i personally would lower my car 50-60mm but remember stiff kits are very severe on chassis, if you are only gettin springs go no lower than 40mm as it can fcuk up your bearings, bushens , trackin etc etc etc etc
