Clips are intact and work fine but as always the top ones are well used from being removed quite often.

How clean are the skirts? I.e knocks? Splits? Etc?

They were a totally standard set of skirts off a GSi in perfect condition, just painted them black to match my bumpers. Paint might have flaked off in a couple of places from the jetwash.
