IF Wigan survive my money is on Newcastle going down so hopefully that will be the case for you! All the teams down there seem to have an easy and tricky game coming up so should be getting 3 points each. It all depends on how Wigan do and if they win tonight then it's going to be very interesting!

You're right about looking like a dick either way but I do love the look of some road bikes and would love to own a proper spec'd one!

did you get yourself up the quarry at revs? not been there for months now (shoulder injury... torn rotator cuff and labrum ) I broke my collar bone a few years ago.... horrific pain!! heal up soon dude, and take it easy... time is the best healer with shoulders.

I take it you go to llan quite a bit then (notice you live in N.Wales)

you'd be amazed what you can ride when they're not looking (and if you sweet talk them ) it may feel fine but you'd be surprised how much you've shocked the muscles and tendons so don't rush back too quick. I've been off work 9 weeks so far with mine and my sicknote gets another 5 weeks put on it this Friday... ouch!! they've done a lot of work up foel recently haven't they... the place is looking good. so you know Bud (Adrian) from stiniog?..... they're a top bunch of guys there.

heres a vid of me at llan (sorry it looks a bit spazzy, I made the mistake of getting rid of camera shake through youtube)
