    you can never get a good finish with a hacksaw, well atleast not with mine, gets all spikey, and the ends of your toes get fairly cut up, same happens if you use a jigsaw.

    pmsl- i was thinking the same it is a must have to get a good finish i was thinking flapper disk/sanding disk-grinder just to finalize the finish then maybe some nail polish

    Now you've got me thinking about it, would of thaught a belt sander or maybe a stihl saw, or even, if you fancied it, one of them 30 odd foot saws they have at marshalls to cut up the rock, it may work. :D

    ive got a nice black toe nail, stump't it on my dumbbells iv just chucked a towel on 5min before..
