Default [OHC cam] is it dangerous ?

Here are some pics of a pipercam camshaft that has been damaged only on the distributor edge :

    Ref : A13BP300H

    Application :
    RALLY

    Power band :
    2800-7500tr/min

    Duration :
    - admission 300?
    - echappement 300?

    Valve Lift :
    - admission 12.06mm
    - echappement 12.06mm

    Timing :

    44-76
    76-44

    Full lift : 106?

    Valve clearance : HYDRAULIC

Can I use this camshaft ?
