    Default sri clutch change

    is there a way of changing the clutch without dropping the box? think i remember me aul lad going on about it before..

    what box is it? F10 or 13? You can rove the end cover and pull the input shaft out

    Depending on whether the box has the clutch access panel, and whether the flywheel is a flat or pot type.

    its an f10, an ya it has the panel, is it worth the bother though? or wud i be better to take out the box?

    Can be done with the box in, as said above, remove cover at the bottom, then the end cover of the box, and pull the input shaft, all is explained with pics in the haynes.

    Ye, much easier than removing the box.
    Make sure you get the three clutch clamps to hold the clutch together.
    Also, you'll need a vice to put the clamps onto the new clutch if it doesn't come with them fitted.
