    hey ppl, am plannin on changing my 1.4SRI high millage engine, 4 a not so high millage one, do i need 2 swap the ecu's etc, the ecu in ma car is a new one which is also superchipped, so i really need 2 know if i have 2 change anything else

    if you are swopping for the same engine then no, keep the same engine loom/ECU and just use that (but you will struggle to find an sri block).
    You shouldnt have any probs with this swop!

    whats wrong with the old engine??? if it's well looked after you should get over 200k like i did with my 1.2i

    16v Engine fitting and advice... mail me for a quote :D

    mine is struggling on about 70k.
