    Default c20xe cold start

    Hi all ive noticed when i start the car from cold it idles quite low and when i come to pull of it hesitates slightly its like the auto choke isnt working.
    What can i check or replace ?

    If the problem is temperature dependant, then its probably the coolant temperature switch (CTS) - located on the front drivers side of the engine.

    Can the (CTS) be taken out and cleaned ?

    It can be taken out and replaced.
    Wouldn't bother cleaning tbh.

    A new one is about ?6.
