    Default Lowering and clearence?

I have a nova with 16"s and is currently lowerd 40mm all round, but i am planning to get a wide arch kit soon so i also want to lower the car to 60mm all round on the 16"s (with spacers i know i know! cant afford new alloys! ) So i was wondering what sort of clearence the would be as there are 7 of those stupid speed bumps on my usual route and i struggled with 14's getting over, so what do you think the clearence would be with 16's lowerd 60mm? Thanks once again
