Top End Rebuilt, head fully reworked, valves recut
Gasflowed, Ported & Polished
Lifters ultrasonically cleaned, dismantled, checked ok
Lifter faces refinished by planishing to restore flatness
Caps, washers & nuts all ultrasonically cleaned
Piper BP270 Fast Road Camshaft
Alloy Vernier Pulleys x 2 (Anodised Red)
New Cambelt, Idler Pulley and Tensioner
New Water Pump
Solid Bottom end
ARP Rod Bolts
SBD Oil Pump Steel Inner Gear & Nylon Relief Valve
New Outer Gear from Vauxhall
Courtenay Sport Panel Air Filter
All Gaskets & Stem Seals were changed in August 2004
Custom Rocker Cover in Metallic Dark Red
Shiny Chrome Spark Plug Cover with Vauxhall 16v raised up
Run in approx 10k miles since the rebuild in 1 year
Slight oil leak - shouldn't be too hard to fix though
New CTS sensor fitted 18/01/06

PRICE
I have spent thousands on this car, especially in the last 2 years, with the engine rebuild and conversion taking most of that budget!
The work carried out the conversion & installation into the car, with almost a blank chequebook to do it (in July - August '04).
The engine has done about 10k miles, and the car has a GENUINE 78k miles on the clock!!
I am now willing to accept a cut-price sum for the car, as follows:
