    Default paint work

my cars in need of some paint work and the sprayers I spoke to said that there would be no problem with the small patches of rust on it, they're just surface rust - but when I have tried to paint parts using jelonite and a rust stopping primer, the rust still comes through, will they rid my car of it or will it be just as bad as it was after 6 months, I can't be arsed spending ?400 on something that will not make any improvement!

If it is just surface rust and the sand it out completely you will be ok, if they leave any behind it will come through again. Get a garauntee off them so if it comes back they`ll have to sort it out.
