any bodyshop should be able to do one. novas are the easyist boots to flush apart from mk3 fiesta n mk2 golf. to save money, if u cant weld buy the supernovas smooth boot panel.

simple instructions of how to do it-

u may find it easier to cut the top section off as it can be a c**t to get the window n rubber back in, also theres a line of the boot you can work to with the filler (alot easier to blend it in). first you need to plug any holes which ur gonna cover up using glass fibre bridging paste, then rough up the paint of the boot and also the reverse side of glass fibre panel with a coarse abrasive. now you can either bond it to the boot with a sealer/adhesive or glass fibre filler paste and clamp the panel in place. make sure theres plenty towards the bottom of the number plate recess as this is where it needs to be stuck well. once its dry, u need to smooth the panel to the boot at the top. do this with glass fibre filler paste as its more heavy duty than body filler and will be less likley to crack, then you can put a skimming of body filler over to blend it in propley. youll be best going round the rest of the edge with a sealer as this is flexable (and paintable) and will be able to take any vibration without cracking and will also prevent any dampness getting inbetween the two panels. then its time for paint.
