    Default Starting issues

    Pleading for help guys,

My 1.3sr just will not start. It's getting spark but seemily no fuel. I've removed and cleaned the tank, no horrible fuel came out and now it has fresh stuff in. The lines are clear but there's no fuel to the carb.

I've changed the ignition module and it's getting a strong spark. The only thing I can think of is the pump isn't working. The head is pretty much brand new including the cam. I've taken the fuel pump apart and cleaned inside etc.

Checked the timing and looks fine. One day it just cut out and it's not been running since.

It just turns over but isn't firing up.

    Thanks

Using something to catch the fuel you could disconnect the pipe from the pump to the carb to see if it's working.
A new fuel pump isn't expensive.

Is there an inline fuel filter anywhere between the tank and carb?

I've tired to single things out but the pump itself isn't getting fuel. The lines from the pump to the tank are clear too. Seems to me the pump isn't drawing any fuel to the carb

Well to rule out anything before the pump, put some petrol in a jam jar or something and use a small bit of new pipe to connect it directly to the pump.

Either pump or the little "s" bend lines from the tank to the hard lines under the car are kinked or past it
