Ok finally got round to updating the spread sheet. If any of the information is incorrect or you can help with filling in the grey boxes please do post or get in touch with me.

So to amend my comments above - Car 13 (Red GSi L577MYG) was NOT the last one sold. It was in fact the 7th to last. Car 14 L968 PRP was the last to be sold. I am sure this enhanced someone's Xmas day as this one was registered 23rd December 1993.



Some other facts from the data base....

-Car 2 L26 LUM is the last know example to have rolled off the forecourt and still be alive in standard form. Cars 1 and 14 are presumed dead
-Car 5 L566 NYG was registered before hand but is now a space framed track car project.
-Car 13 L577 MYG is the only known one owner example and hopefully can stay in the family for many years to come.
-Only 6 out of the 14 cars are alive with the standard engine still in place.

L968 prp was my mates car few years ago, he bought it from a guy in Beverley East Yorkshire, then it lived in tadcaster north yorks for couple years, was a very quick car when he sold it! And what an awesome xmas present for someone

L238 EAJ is currently living somewhere in South Wales and has a LET fitted awaiting restoration. I will update the spread sheet soon.

Always remember a red L reg Gsi not far from me. Guy wouldn't sell it to anyone and ended up scrapping it ��

Small update -

Car number 15 added to the list...... L377 RDN

The car is now scrapped so another dead one on the list!
