cheers all, im in ultra pain at the moment as ive got a bit of movement in the ankle as its out the cast, ive been outside today fitting brake pads for a friend with one leg, not an easy task, and bought a bed to put in the old mans gaff as i cant stand up for long, bleak comes to mind
