    1.0 is on opposite side of engine, sop diff
    1.2 is unique
    1.3/1.4sr is same
    1.4sri same as last gsi
    1.6 gte/early gsi same (no lambda hole)

    the angle of the ports and bolt holes are different on the sri/gte/gsi as the sr!!!!

    Cant say ive looked into them in that much detail but yes Dicko explanation is spot on from what i can remember.

    As said by someone else they would all work within reason but then if you have size feet size 9 shoes will go on but wont be very good fit.

    steve is correct , the 2 above my post were talkin crap. they all use the same gasket so the bolt holes are all in the same place and the ports are also the same shape. only the inlets are different. after 8 years of nova ownership i have seen plenty of manifolds ,thankyou

    :: at everyone!

    So many people talking at cross purposes.

    The cylinder head exhaust ports are the same cathedral shape for all of the OHC engines from 1.2 to 1.6. The differences are in length and the way they go from 4-2-1 or 4-1. If you fit a 1.6 manifold to a 1.2 engine, the existing sytem will not meet up properly. Best bet is to fit the entire system with the manifold. If you need a lambda sensor make sure you get your system from the right model.

    The inlet ports vary on each engine. The 1.2 and 1.3sr ports are the same cathedral shape. The 1.2spi, 1.4spi and the 1.4sr are the same square shape, and the 1.4mpi and 1.6mpi are the same round shape.

    The 1.5d engines have wierd ports and dont match any of the ohc engines, inlet or exhaust iirc.

    If anyone would like to see examples of all of these cylinder heads, I believe there are plenty of each lying around at CP's.

    MC
