What would you do if:
You had been told a part was for your model of Nova.
Paid for it, recieved it, and found out it weren't.
Eventually managed to get in contact with the muppet that blagged you.
They said they'd give you a refund.
But over a month (probably even longer) down the line and you're still waiting.

BTW...this didn't happen in a shop...it happened with some MUPPET off here! Oooo and then they start ignoring your private messages so you have nothing except a name and address.

ANY IDEAS??!!?

Cos im extremell peeved and out of pocket!

post the name of the seller on here. If he is genuine and it is all a mistake I'm sure the shame of being named on the forum will give him a kick up the arse to get your refund sorted. If he is an arsehole about it, then you have his address and there may be someone that lives nearby that could go round and sort things out for you.

He is genuine he can?t refund her as he is out of the country but I will refund her for him.
