i have seen smashed up wagons being driven along, but not that bad..

merris, i bet you are too young to remember how they used to deliver bus chassis & things like mobile library or even transit minibuses....

until fairly recently, they would drive complete bare skeleton chassis straight down the motorway networks with a bloke sat on a removeable seat, and have rudimentary lighting, and the drivers would wear an enormous overcoat & goggles... sometimes, if they were driving a mimibus chassis along, it would have a bonnet & windscreen.. this was on trade plates & looked really frightening, i don't recall any seat belting
