Thinking of selling this as I have too many cars and too little time, something has to give sometime!
It's a 1990 Nova Merit 1.5TD, 1 previous owner before me.
Shell is 100% solid, has never been welded, and none needed either.
I had the drivers side and bonnet resprayed to remove small dents and scrapes from where it had been stored. Lower half of the car has been painted grey, this is the only body work the car has had - done for looks and not hiding anything!
I have made the car into an Opel Corsa GT replica, with genuine rear vinyl, spoiler, genuine Opel mudflaps front and rear, window surrounds, front bumper, grill etc.
All these are either new or in good condition.
I have also fitted brown tinted glass from a previous Nova I broke.
Nova SR/Corsa GT rainbow interior in great condition, no holes in drivers bolster where they usually go! Opel 3 spoke steering wheel.
When I got the car, the clocks had been smashed, but I was told that there was approx 33k miles on it. I have no proof to back this up, but going by the condition of the shell it is believable, plus the car had been sat up for 10+ years prior to me buying it. I have since fitted petrol GTE clocks, but the rev counter doesn't work. I also have a set of mark 2 turbo diesel clocks which should work OK, but I didn't want to cut the loom on the offchance I find a set of mark 1 TD clocks!
Engine/turbo has never been screwed/tampered with, but is a suprisingly nippy car, with good economy.
Pictures below (please note Speedlines NOT for sale, 14" 3 spoke alloys in good condition with Opel centre caps going with car)
£3,250ono (please no bitching about price, car is costing me more than what I'm asking!)
