    You can only fit them properly in the 2 piece rear seats.

    If you dont have one you have to make the holes yourself, i show you how in my infamous rear headrest conversion guide

    so gsi rear seat are easy to put head restraints into?

    Yes theyve already got the holes in either side, rub your finger across the top and you can feel he holes underneath the material.

    Stab a hole through with a screwdriver or whatever, push the plastic clips into place, then slot your headrests in, job done.

    Where do you get the clips from?
    Old front seats?

    Yes, the way to get them out is to put a flat screwdriver in the front side and the back side of them and push the clips in.

    was a while ago when i done it so im not sure, but i think thats how you get them out.

    Well no, the front seat ones are to long, you'll be cutting them up then they dont clip in.

    The right ones to use are rear guides, the ones that fix correctly and clip in are from a mk2 Astra cd.
