Can anyone give me a rough idea how much a wing and a door would be to get sprayed?

    ?50?

Do a bit of work on the door yourself like take the handles off and sand it down a little.

Take the wing off and sand it down a bit.

Then just take them in for a blast with primer and then a top coat.

It depends where you get it done.

If you do some of the work yourself like i said all they have to do is a quick min spray with primer and then a lil rub down with 1200 and then a blast with the colour.

Should only take half an hour if you do all the work before hand. It will depend on what condition the door and wing is really. If it needs filling etc etc it will cost more on labour. And if you need to mask up or take out the windows this will make it cheaper if you do it yourself.

All the prep work isn't so hard. But to get the best paint finish you need the equiptment so get it all ready then take it to the shop!

if it isn't rusty or need filling then jusy rub it down lightly all over with a 600 grade wet and dry just to give the primer a key. you dont have to go back to metal.

Keep the sandpaper wet and use a cork block so you can run evenly!

Look at Ades sticky about it.
