*thinking aloud*
if you worked out the percentage of power increase between the 1400 and 1600 then if you used injectors that were the same percentage increase over the 1400's would this not supply the right amount of fuel?

Actually some of the later 1600 16v's came with 1400 16v ecu's, and i know some people have run vice versa...... 1600s probably had larger injectors

Just to add, My 1400 run a 1600 ECU for a bit, ran like crap, overfueled and was crap so if that helps.
I've got the secondary air valve removed, I know it just helps burn fuel before it reaches the cat, it shouldn't make any difference if removed should it?
I spent 90% of my money on Drink and Women, the rest I just wasted.
All this valve does is inject air into the exhaust to change the mixture, it effectively leans it off without affecting the engine which makes the exhaust hotter, which in turn heats the cat quicker making it start working earlier.Originally Posted by Dod
It does nothing related to the fuelling or ignition maps.

Well, its been out on its frist 20+ mile run, pulls alright but I'd imagine with the 1600 management that it'll be twice the car. Cheers lads.
