does this seem right
long story short .i have my own taxi which i rent out to individuals one of the drivers ran into the back of another car so had to make a claim. i had 5yrs private car insurance and 4years taxi insurance bonus on the policy now my insurance company have reduced my bonus to 2yrs so i have lost 7yrs
They should only be reducing the bonus on the policy the claim was made from.
