Will and I bought it from Basingstoke with it on it's ass with 15" venoms and brand spanking a509's on and 15 litres of oil in the engine lmfao towed it from ****stoke to Newport down the m4 on a fixed bar, swapped the wheels, suspension and removed the ceased engine and fitted another then Sean bought it.

The car was bought as a 1.6 originally but after getting wasted by a beemer on m6 a week later a xe was fitted

Thanks sean am finally getting somewhere with it even though it has been along time comming, yeah would be cool iff you could find the pic, didn't chris rebuild this car at one point, am sure there was a old build thread for it?

Only a small update, today didn't go to plan as the person who was lending me a engine crane let me down, got to wait untill next weekend now, but i built the engine stand anyway and attached the head of the stand to the engine, removed the knakered clutch and flywheel.

The engine was then put on a trolley so i could at least move it around easily

Had a bit of a mince today in the rain took the wheels off and put the car on stands as am going to hammerite the underside and inner wheel arches, it'll just neaten it up

and i need help desiding what wheels i should use

got some unknown multispokes


some 5spoke Dare Rls wheels


or some classic 14inch Revolution RFS's


am thinking of using the Dare wheels, you guys got any ideas which i should use?

Car looked ace in that pic sean, and yeah am really thinking of using the Dare wheels they'll suit it better, next thing is what colour
