It Starts..

well todays been abit of a dodgy day, start of this morning feeling abit sick, and frustrated(i duno why), had to sort alot of crab out for my new job. pay some bills and buy a bag and packup box ...
then i dug my exhaust put of the garage with the intentions of cleaning it up and painting it,, so of i went to halfords to get some paint, and as you do was browsing at teh diff colour paints when my mum who had now stopped looking at the pink wheels and stuff spotted this realy nice colour.. i duno if you can call it grey or black .. its abit of a mistery colour ...
wel i ended up buying a few tins and some plastic primer...

Whipped my rear bumper off gave it a wesh, dryed it keeped it woit some wet n dry, washed it n dryed it again..
then i primerd it(bloody hard job in the wind )
after 1 tin of primer

after 2 tins..


and its 1st coat of colour(bit patchy i kno)

shall be tiding up/finishing off tomorow..

Oh and the colour is..Rover Amethyst

Heres a pic of my new back box pior to clean up..

should i paint it silver?

nah no were near this is metalic stuff... just looks it in that las pic 'coz you can see the texture of the bumper still...

Well got up at the Crack of dawn, couldnt sleep...

Start by tiding up the marks i put on the bumper when puttin ti away last nite...



while waiting for that to dry i did this..






Bumper was ready now...





while i was looking for my laquer i found my alloy/metal pretrol cap

gave that a splash to..

and my i say i think it looks mint?
Not 100% perfect.. but what is?
maybe when i'm feeling flush il get a bodyshop to redo them... until then it'l do donkey, it'l doo..





Lastly.. should i fit my mud flaps back on?
