    Default started a set of stubby's,

    just started doing a set of stubby's,not that hard to make il get a few pics up tnate when i get home.

    They are hard to do to get looking good.
    Need plastic welding etc.

    its ok im not a novice with plastic welding etc its my job,

    ive got the body of the mirrow cut down all ready for welding but before i do that im going to cut the cover and make sure every thing goes together and works like the glass im still going to have moving glass and removeable covers

    No fibre glass or 'body filler' will be used to make these stubby's.

    Ive choped the body and ive fused it in the middle just to hold it while i do the cover,


    This is what im using instead of plastic welding,its a 2pack plastic fuser its fcuking great.It dunt crack or shrink or peel off


    more pics to follow,cant really do a guide because you cant buy the fuser im using from halfords and its 40 quid a tube.

    not sure if i can sell them because ill be trading i have made some smooth grab handles and im still waiting to see if i can flog them.

    Started with the cover

    Ive cut the bits off that clip onto the body

    ,



    Just need to cut the lower part of the cover
