    Default 1600 16v flywheel

Good morning all. Iv recently bought a 1600 16v engine, im going to be using the engine in my track nova. The engine currently has the pot type flywheel on it, im wanting to buy a lightned fly but dont know whether to buy a flat type or pot? Is there any pros or cons of either type? (basically which one should i go for )

    Thanks

    Ste

Fit a std nova gte/gsi fly, its a flat type, and its about 3.5Kg lighter than the 16v pot one.
