Looks very nice mate. I keep thinking of selling the nova and building an astra like this
Thanks Dave.... thinking about it..... fancy a deal?? I really like your motor!Originally Posted by yellow nova
Is this the astra you said you wouldn't touch...?
Looks much fresher, those headlight stick out like a sore thumb tho. I think you know what to do :D
If I remember correctly I did say I would do some paintwork as its costs me nothing but my time etc, And I agree regarding the lights however unless some come up cheap they'll be staying as they are! I'm trying hard to keep it as budget project as possible! Nick.Originally Posted by Ash

Hi All, After a busy week last week on the astras bodywork I decided to have a bit of chillout this week but I did however get some bits done for the nova that I've been wanting to sort for a while, Got my dizzy cap, spare dizzy cap and temp sender housing all prepared and painted gloss black......
Also I've been thinking about other changes to the engine bay, The cambelt cover and front wiper motor back plate have been stripped of their paint and prepared ready for the chromers......
Also I'm currently on with these as once prepared they will also be going for chroming too......
Also this week A pillar trims have been sent away followed by the following items being removed and being prepared ready to send to suffolk flocking, My dash, centre console, lower shelves have already been done by these guys and they came back mint so I'm now sending these bits too......
