Yeah, that looks cool I like it because it is a bit different, and also quite subtle.
I took the plastic badges off my tailgate, not becasue I'm bothered ablut people knowing it is a 1.4, just that the badges were so tacky. If they had been nicer looking then they would have stayed.

oh and on the back i replaced the old vauxhall ones with the new chrome style ones, but sprayed black, no engine size tho.
I like the std badging on Nova GTE & GSi's tbh.
Other than the 2 Griffin badges (fr & back) It doesnt actually say Vauxhall or Nova anywhere on the car. Just GSi in 4 places.
My neighbours thought I'd bought some oddball Daihatsu thing or summat.
I rebadged my old saloon as a Corsa
The new one I'm just putting Opel Coupe on it.

most of the time its because in the log books its down as a 1.2 or sumthing when really its a 1.6!! but ur fec*d when you crash and insurance company finds out. thats from personal expierience anywayz....
Anyone who does that deserves everything they get. I really hope there is no one on this site that has kept their lower cc badges on because they haven't told the insurance companyOriginally Posted by Sonny Jim

I think it needs to be done if your building a proper sleeper, but leaving them on just to annoy people in saxo's is a bit sad IMO
i got my sri badges made the same sort of style as the gsi as my car was gsi everything minus the engine
