Debate: Which is better, Top Gun or Dirty Dancing?

Alex has put this poll on her Myspace as we were having this argument last weekend. Unfortunately most of the people on her myspace are girls, so I can guess which way that poll is going to swing! So I've put the same vot on here to try and even the score

So which is better? Top Gun (Jets, flying, motorbike, guns, explosions, action) or Dirty Dancing (homo-erotic man in spandex prancing about like he's got a vibrator up his backside)?

This is going to be totally biased as most the members on here are guys and there's only a handful of girls!! And the majority of people on my myspae are guys!!!

Patrick Swayze is so much hotter then Tom Cruise. Atlest we wouldn't have to kneel down to kiss Patrick Swayze!!

Looking at those two first thing in the morning is still pretty rough though.
I reckon they should have made Top gun exactly the same, but with an academy of lesbian fighter pilots. Then girls could respect the women for fulfilling essentially male roles, shattering gender stereotypes whilst the blokes could just sit there sniggering and talking to their mates about it down the pub/at work.

Patrick Swayze has a wonky face in that pic! Long hair and looks like a hobo, at least Tom Cruise looks fairly presentable!
