    Default Petroel Pipes

    Ive removed my tank from sr as im fitting my gsi tank, pump etc ive had to cut through the petroel lines to get the tank off, To replace them will the motor factor have direct fit one's or will i have to take old ones to cut them to size any ideas ??? cheers karl

    just get some 8mm copper pipe from the diy store & one of those really cheap pipe cutter things, total cost about a tenner

    they need to be aslong as they need be.... you buy a roll of copper pipe and use what you need. and same goes for the rubber hose + jubilieeeee clips. wow that was easy

    No need for that Stu! The bloke was only asking a question. Its obvious that he didn't know or prehaps he's not mechanically minded?
    Remember this is a forum for people to chat or ask questions, which is exactly what he did.
    Having an attitude like that is not a good image for Novaload.

    you could buy some 10mm (i think) rubber pipe to join the bits that you cut, but may aswell replace them now as its not a big job with tank off
