for you rude minded people i mean on a pulley!

need to get the last nut off a PULLEY but its starting to round off. pliers wont do it, adjustable spanner wont do it, spanner wont do it and even the size below wont fit on or be hammered on. any suggestions?

Use a file to flatten some edges off so your adjustable can get a better grip?

try warming it up a bit with a blowlamp. the bolt should stretch a bit, and the loctite should loosen then get a mole grip on it, or hammer & small cold chisel
