right ive decided to mod the 1.2 carb as ive realised i cant afford the insurance on a 2.0 etc let alone the conversion so i want to put on t40s and a new cam,

How much would thease cost to fit and how much to buy, im looking for second hand jobbies, i would like to get an idea on price before i go ahead and get ripped off

Also any other ideas is much appreciated as i want a pritty lairy old 1.2 untill i can afford a beast cheers

T40s-About ?200 second hand, then you'll need a rolling road session get them setup 100% right.

If it were me, i'd save the cash, build up some ncb. Not really much point fitting 40s and a cam to get about the same power as a standard 1.4sr.
A conversion to a 1.4 wont cost much to do, or to insure.
