    Default gearbox back in....

just putting a f13 on my 1.4 after the f10 went. the drivers side driveshaft is kinda in the way, can i put it in the gearbox then try and fiddle the gearbox onto the block?

its being realy annoying and not going on smoothly....

    Remove the shafts.
Fit the box, make sure it lines up perfectly with the clutch hub when your putting it on.

    Refit the shafts.
    Refill the box oil.

You will have to line the shaft up perfectly with the box when trying get the box on then.
Personally i'd take it out, just undo the bottom ball joint and remove the bottom arm, and then you can move the whole strut about, no need take it out the hub.
