    Default xe driveshafts

    hey cant seem to find exactly what im lookin for on here an i no its prob here sumwhere!!! anyway im fittin an xe into my 1.2i nova an going to buy a mount kit from valvers.com. does anyone know how to make up driveshafts for the car?? i hav 1.4sr shafts and xe ones will the outer cvs of the sr shafts mate up with the xe inners?? an what kinda fuel pump will i need?? theres a pump already in my tank for the 1.2 would that do it? or fit a external one? cheers lads.

    For the shafts you've got 3 choices ..
    * Buy some conversion shafts that use the 'big' (XE) inner & outer CV's, you'll also need some hubs to fit the bigger CV's.
    * Buy some conversion shafts that use the XE inners & Nova outers.
    * Get your self some Nova 22 spline shafts, use the Nova outer CV's & MK2 Cav inner CV's.

    do i use big block or small block mk2 cav 1.6 shafts? is it just gte/gsi that have the 22 spline shafts?

    the 1.6 mk2 cav is a big block hence why they are used
