hello everyone. I just need something clearing up: is it really neccessary to fit a larger main jet when fitting a k+n to get the right fuel/air mixture. If you havent then does the air filter make much of a diff?

No jetting... Just change the filter. If you know how the carb works you should know that rejetting isn't needed.
If you fit larger main jet the mixture goes too rich and you loose power and fuel consumption raises.

I didn't change anything when I fitted my Bolt on.
If you've got a performance exhaust, take it to a tuners and they'll tune it properly for you which should give you the most out of your mods.
