Little bit more progress - no photos yet.
Got a Jig made, and some dolly's to move the shell around on. Taking the engine out soon and getting it prepped to go for welding.

Looking good Keith jig and dollys look well made. If you wouldn't mind I'm after the measurement of the dollys
I can measure them this weekend. What specifically do you want measured? The mounting points are just measured off the chassis?
Good work.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one PepsiFar from suicidalStill I get them tendenciesBringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce
X2 for measurements of dollys and a "how to" on the spit making.
Thats the parts starting to filter in now:
As I'll no longer be running a distributor and coil, I've got a dizzy blank and coilpack bracket from SBD.
DTA S40 management:
Fuel pressure reg:
Boost Control valve:
3 bar map sensor:
Siemens Deka 630cc Injectors:
Just need some gaskets ordered for the engine now, and I also have to measure up to get my loom made. Then I can remove the engine and get cracking on with the shell repair and repaint.

Looks good Keith - I have a mate who used to work for DTA and made their engine looms and programmed the ECU before they sold up to the new owner - he still makes the engine looms for the new owner, if your struggling for a supplier I can get a price next time I see him
Dave France - The talent behind Fearless Motorsport Developments (FMD), creator of many a feature car including Brett Warburton's NovaWRC TotalVX cover car - a test run for my own project !!
I've been in touch with http://www.harnessing-solutions.co.uk/ who made Matt's loom, I think they are pretty competitive and do a really good job. Going to have it on a connector on the bulked so it's super neat.
