    alrite chaps i got an sr and iv ad loads done to the engine twin40's,blydenstienb+head,cam,4branch,all steel crank,forged pistons etc and ive just put a k&n breather on it from the pipe that usally goes in the standard filter box. And when i got the bonnet popped and rev it smoke starts comin out the oil breather some people say some engines do it but can some when help is my bottom end goin or somin or is it normal on some engines

    I`ve got an almost identical spec, and it does the same. I didn`t have a filter on it at first, and it was enen worse then. Those fumes are normally sucked into the induction and re-burnt to stop them polluting the atmosphere. Have you done all the work yourself, and have you got any performance figures for it?

    Its ur engine m8, it is breathin heavy! Maybe a cracked/worn piston ring. I wouldnt worry about it. My engine has done over 20k since it started doin that!

    I think this is fairly normal, you could fit a nice ally catch tank?
