theres no damage to it at all.
i ran it with the followers and springs that were already in there.

it ran fine,i dont know how much power extra it gave it,but u could definitly feel the it.low down power feels better,and mid range revs it had a lot more go than usual.which is good as u dont have to rev the twat out of the engine as much as the power band is lower down the rev range.

U will need new followers if ur engine has done over 90k!!!
If u dont change ur followers, ur car will sound like a tractor within a week using any high lift cam!!!
