Default what exhaust is better for my 1.3

hey, I have a peco exhaust new that came with a car i got. or i have a 14sr exhaust there. which would be better?

im allso guessing that a 4-2-1 manifold is better than a 14sr 4-2-1?

    Cheers Lee

    A peco system or backbox??

Is it a standard 1.4Sr exhaust you have?

A straight through type system will reduce backpressure and should help engine power.

It depends what you mean by better, Sound, or performance?

The std SR manifold/downpipe is good for torque iirc, 4-2-1 aftermarketfor higher revs power.

A straight through type system with the std manifold/downpipe.
Or fit a 4 branch, as your SR has the luxury of no rev limit,Lol.

so its either std manifold for torque in normal driving or after market for higher reve torque. think i will try both of them to see what happens. will prob run the peco line to just.
    cheers lee
