Theres a difference between sounding good and sounding loud
A universal can type thing would probably be the loudest.

The Peco on my Carb'd 1.2 is Mentally loud. Probally too loud imo

Size of the tailpipe has nowt to do with its sound.
Its the size of the box and silencer that alters the sound.

i have a peco bb4 on my nova sr project, thats loud, people would have a different opinion to whether it sounds good though, i like it!
but if you want a loud pack box, buy a Rage!
my back box is a mild stell peco bb4 4" rolled out seeing as you asked
If you want it loud, just don't put a back box on.
had a scorpion 2 1/4" full s/s system on my nova 1200, blew all the baffels out by whizz popping, failed mot, got pulled up by the minestry and given a 7.30pm noise curfew asin time to go to bed or your gettin locked up, i soon took it off! loud is not good!
Lol at the 7.30pm noise curfew, must have been overly loud.
