Default Bumper changing, fitting splitter and skirts

What is involved when removing a normal bumper and fitting a gsi one, and how do you fit a laguna splitter and sideskirts?

    Default Froint bumper and rear

frount bumper held on by 4 bolts on a mk1
Inside the wheel arch at the frount on the panle behind the wheel is one, and there is another one on the side close to you, sme on both sides. These are what hold on the bumper which rape around the car. when i changed my bumper the metal bracket on my standed bumper had rusted to s**t , make sure to paint the new one to pervent this. also if you have a little rubber skirt on the bottem of the bumper this needs to be removed, there are little plastic clips . push a little pin up in the middle of each clip and they just puch out from the top down.
Rear bumpers from inside the boot there are two screws which hold it in place, on the coners though there are plasic clips on car and metal bracket which slid in to these clip as you bumper fit on smiple but a extra pair of hand wont go a miss with lining them up.
i have't done my side skirt yet so i can't help same with splitter
