Colour coding Engine bay.
Help!! I want to start colour coding the engine bay in my car, but I don't have a clue where to start or what sort of paints and things are available!!! Also I have seen some Novas with Alloy water tanks and washer bottles etc. where do I get these and how much are they? cheers

Silicon hoses are about ?110 from Demon Tweeks. The water tanks I think are around ?70, try CC motorsport wib site.

I just started to fit braded hoses to me mota, the engine bay is starting to look pretty good.

are they the ones that cover the old pipes? I had a look at those, they look cool, but I am after white hoses if poss, maybe red.

mine are in silver (2 match the car) I'll get the rest on at the weekend. I need to replace some fuel line and jubilee clips as well.

alloy header tanks from bailey motorsport, and get samco hoses
Paint wise you've seen mine john, and that was just normal paint and lacquer on the rocker cover.
then get one of bretts polished alloy strutbraces, which will still be usable once you put a 2.0 16v in :D
